摘　　要：目的:测定中国汉族人群内皮型一氧化氮合成酶基因(eNOS)G894T多态性,研究其在中国汉族人群中的分布以及与冠心病的关系。方法:对127例冠心病患者和110例正常人检测eNOS基因多态性。结果:中国汉族人群eNOS基因有GG、GT、TT三种基因型,GT+TT型与GG型和G、T等位基因频率在正常人和冠心患者中比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:中国汉族人群eNOS基因多态性与冠心病无关。Objective：To investigate the distribution of the the G894T mutation at exon 7 in the endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene in Chinese Han nationality and analyze the association of them with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（CHD）.Methods：The G894T polymorphism in the eNOS gene were detected in 127 patients with CHD and 110 unrelated health individuals.Results：Three gene types were identified as GG,GT,TT in the eNOS gene.The eNOS genotype distribution and G,T alleles frequencies in CHD patients were not significantly different with that in the normal subjects（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The G894T polymorphism in the eNOS gene in Chinase Han nationality is related to the CHD.
