液质联用技术分析延胡索中的生物碱类成分

摘　　要：目的:分析延胡索中的生物碱类成分。方法:采用液质联用技术(HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS)分析鉴定了延胡索水提液中的叔铵碱类和季铵碱类成分。结果:根据所测得的各个组分分子离子峰的m/z值,通过查阅文献,鉴定出四氢非洲防己碱、原托品碱、延胡索碱等11个生物碱类成分。结论:本研究为分析延胡索中的生物碱类成分及其质量控制提供了可行的方法。Objective：To analyze alkaloids in the root of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.Methods：Liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry method was developed for the analysis and identification of alkaloids in water extract from the root of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.Results：11 compounds,such as tetrahydrocolumbamine,protopinecorydaline,coptisine and etc,were determined tentatively by comparison of their MS spectra with literature data.Conclusion：The result of this study will be helpful to analyze the alkaloids in the root of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.and to build its quality control standard.
