摘 要:通过介绍不同除铁方法的原理、效果及影响因素,并对比了各种除铁方法的优缺点,为生产企业选择什么的方法除去石英砂中的含铁杂质提供了参考意见。其中,磁选法除铁和浮选法除铁应用的领域广泛,适用于大规模生产,除铁效果较好;超声波除铁和酸浸法除铁可获得高纯石英砂。The article introduced principle, efficiency and influencing factors of many different iron - removal methods, and compared their advantage and disadvantage. The article gave the producing enterprise suggestions about which methods should take to remove impurity of iron from silica sand. In the all iron - removal methods, method of magnetic separation and flotation were abroad applied to iron - removal. The two methods were the same with mass production, and the effect of iron - removal was very good. Iron - removal method of ultrasonic and acid leaching can produce high -purified silica sand.
