摘　　要：[目的]探讨甲状腺手术病人舒适体位的摆放方法对手术效果的影响。[方法]将760例甲状腺手术病人随机分为观察组380例和对照组380例,对比两组病人术中舒适度、术后头痛、呕吐等指标差异。[结果]观察组在舒适度方面高于对照组(P<0.01),在术后头痛、呕吐等方面明显低于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。[结论]甲状腺手术舒适体位的摆放,让病人在舒适的环境下接受手术,有效预防或减轻术后并发症。Objective：To probe into the influence of arranging method of comfortable body position for patients on their operation effect. Methods： A total of 760 patients undergoing thyroid gland operation were divided into test and control group 380 cases each. Then the comfort degree of patients during operation and postoperative headache and vomiting between the two groups were compared. Results： Comfort degree of test group cases was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. And postoperative headache and vomiting of patients in test group were less than that of control group （P 〈0.01）. There were statistical significant differences between them. Conclusion： To arrange comfortable body position for patients undergoing thyroid gland operation and to let them undergo operation under comfortable circumstance can effectively prevent or decrease postoperative complications for them.
