摘  要:检索PubMed数据库和中国期刊全文数据库文献,分析新型骨折内固定材料的特点、生物学的性能,以及在临床运用中的特点。新型内固定材料包括有限接触式接骨板、生物活性接骨板、生物可降解接骨板、记忆合金等。对内固定材料的生物力学研究、对板下骨血运的影响、应力遮挡作用、生物相容性是评定该材料是否具有临床运用价值的标准。利用生物实验模型、有限元分析材料的力学特性为未来内固定材料的优化设计提供了有益的帮助。寻找具备良好的生物相容性、对骨血循环影响小、应力遮挡效应低,具有足够的抗弯强度的性能优良的内固定材料是未来骨折愈合领域的研究方向。The literatures of PubMed and China Journals Full-text Database were searched to analyze the characteristics and biological performance of new internal fixation materials for the bone fracture, as well as their clinical application. New type of internal fixation materials include limited contact bone plates, bioactive bone plates, biodegradable bone plates and memory alloy, etc. The clinical application of these materials was assayed by the biomechanical researches of internal fixation materials, the influence on the blood supply of bone beneath the plate, stress shielding, and biocompatibility. The mechanical characteristics of the materials was analyzed with biological experimental models and finite element analysis, provide helpful evidences for designing the optimal internal fixation material. The future study of bone fracture healing will emphasize on a kind of internal fixation material that is excellent in the characteristics, such as good biocompatibility, less influence on blood circulation of the bone, low stress shielding and strong bending resistance.
