摘　　要：目的:建立薄层色谱的方法快速鉴别中药制剂中可能添加的糖皮质激素。方法样品经氯仿-甲醇(9:1)提取后,采用硅胶 G 薄层板,以二氯甲烷-乙醚-甲醇-水(385:60:15:2)为展开剂,四氮唑蓝试液为显色剂。结果:在该色谱条件下,能同时有效分离5种糖皮质激素。结论:本测定方法简便、快速,是一种有效的鉴别糖皮质激素的方法。Objective：To develop a method for identification of corticosteroids in traditional Chinese medicine by means of TLC method. Method：Extract the sample with chloroform - methanol（9：1 ） , then adepted use silica gel as the coating substance and dichloromethane -ether- methanol- water（385： 60： 15： 2）as the mobile phase ,and then sprayed with Blue tetrazolium （BT）solution. Results：On the condition of the selected chromatogram, 5 corticoste- roids could be well separated. Conclusion：This method appeared to be simple,rapid,and provided an efficient way for the identification of corticosteroids.
