摘 要:茶毒蛾黑卵蜂是茶毒蛾卵期的优势寄生蜂,能将茶毒蛾消灭在幼虫发生为害之前,识主利它素对它的寄生活动起着重要的作用。试验结果表明,茶毒蛾黑卵蜂的识主利它素存在于茶毒蛾的卵块和卵粒上,能被蒸馏水、70%甲醇或乙醇溶液等极性溶剂所抽提,其粗抽提物可诱发80%以上的雌蜂表现出触角敲打和产卵管刺探行为,但不能被己烷等非极性溶剂所抽提。识主利它素在室温条件下较稳定,但是高温加热(100℃)处理1小时可使之丧失部分活性。识主利它素的应用不仅可增强黑卵蜂的搜索活动,缩短寄生时间,提高对寄主卵的寄生效能,还能引诱其寄生原来不寄生的非寄主卵,有利于茶毒蛾黑卵蜂的室内大量饲养和繁殖。The scelionid Telenomus euproctidis Wilcox is a dorminant egg parasitoid of tea tussock moth, Euproctis pseudoconspersa Strand, one of the important pests of tea plants in Hunan. It can efficiently control the damage of tea tussock moth larva by parasitizing the host eggs during the egg laying period of the moths. Egg recognition kairomones of the scelionids play an important role in their parasitic activity. Bioassay results showed that egg recognition kairomone on the egg masses of tea tussock moths can be extracted with polar solvents such as distilled water, 70% methanol or ethanol, but not with n hexane or acetone. Water or methanol extracts of host egg masses can initiate the scelionids antennal movement and ovipositor probing, with the response rate up to 80%. Egg recognition kairomone is stable in room temperature, but a part of its activities will lost after treated at 100℃ in a water bath for 1h. Through the use of recognition kairomone, parasitic rate of the scelionids can be increased. The scelionids had been induced to oviposite and successfully develop in nonhost eggs such as Porthesia similis Fuessly and Spodoptera exigua (Hübner). Thus, the use of egg recognition kairomone can be of help to broaden the host range for specific parasitoids and solving the problems of mass rearing and field releasing of Telenomus euproctidis.
