摘　　要：目的探讨肺栓塞的临床特点、早期诊断及治疗。方法对25例肺栓塞患者进行回顾性分析。结果肺栓塞临床表现缺乏特异性,应利用相关辅助检查以早期诊断。结论要提高对肺栓塞的认识,完善相关辅助检查,综合判断可提高肺栓塞的诊治率。Objective To evaluate the change of features and diagnostic value of Electrocardiogram(ECG) in pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE).Methods Retrospective observation methods were used to analyze the change of feature of ECG in admission of 33 patients who had been diagnosed as PTE.Observe the dynamic change of ECG before and after treatment.Results Sinus tachycardia in 17 cases,SIQIIITIII pattern in 9 cases,QIIITIII pattern in 7 cases,SI>0.1 my pattern in 11 cases,QIII 5 cases,TIII 8 cases,RBBB 4 cases,r'vlor Sv1 slurred in 13 cases.The negative T wave in V1-V2 in 12 cases,in V1-V3 in 5 cases,in V1-V4 in 3 cases and in V1-V5 in lcase.QRS axis left shifted in 6 cases and right shifted in 5 cases.The positive signs of ECG decreased markedly even disappeared after treatment or at discharge.Conclusion The ECG changes in PTE are varied and transitory,However,it may be helpful in diagnosis of PTE tO combine clinic features with general judgment and the dynamic change of ECG.
