摘  要:目的研究哥兰叶(Celastrus gemmatus Loes.)中的化学成分。方法用色谱方法并结合重结晶等方法进行分离,用波谱学方法鉴定其化合物结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为5,4′-二羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-半乳糖醛酸苷(1),槲皮素-3-O-新橙皮糖苷(2),木犀草素(3),芹菜素-8-C-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),山柰酚-3,7-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)。结论化合物1为新化合物,其他均为首次从本植物中分得。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of ilavonoids from the leaves of Celastrus gemmatus Loes. METHODS The constituents were isolated by methods of column chromatography, preparative HPLC and recrystallization, and then their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Five compounds were obtained and identified as 5, 4'-dihydroxy-3'-methoxyflavone-7-O-β-D-galacturonide(1), quercetin-3-O-neohesperidoside(2), luteolin(3), apigenin-8-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ), respectively. CONCLUSION Commpound 1 was a new compound, the others were isolated from this plant for the first time.
