摘  要:目的分离鉴定云南石仙桃中的化学成分。方法用体积分数为95%乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱分离,用IR,UV,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR和HMBC等方法确定结构。结果分得5个化合物,分别为n-octacostyl ferulate(Ⅰ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅱ),batatasin-Ⅲ(Ⅲ),石仙桃菲(pholidotol,Ⅳ)和胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅴ)。结论石仙桃菲为一新的菲类化合物,其结构确定为1,6-二羟基-2-甲氧基-8,9-二氢-三氢菲[4,5-环]呋喃(1,6-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-8,9-dihydro-3H-phenanthro-[4,5-bcd]furane)。OBJECTIVE To isolate and elucidate the constituents from Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe, METHODS The cnromatography on silica gel was used for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were determined by IR, UV, MS, ^1H-NMR,^13 C-NMR and HMBC spectral analyses. RESULTS Five compounds were obtained and identified as following: n-octaco- styl ferulate ( I ),/3-sitosterol ( II ), batatasin-III ( III ), pholidotol (IV) and daucosterol ( V ). CONCLUSION Pholidotol was a new phenanthrene derivative, and its structure was established as 1,6-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-8,9-dihydro-3 H-phenanthro-[ 4,5-bcd ] furane by the spectral evidence.
