摘 要:对500m巨型射电望远镜(FAST)的30m模型反射面整体索网支承结构从初始预应力态的形态确定、工作态的模拟及荷载态分析等角度对索网结构进行详细的性能研究与优化设计;为满足望远镜对反射面成形高精度的特殊要求,对模型反射面整体索网支承结构的加工、制作及安装采取一系列的保证措施,同时利用有限元数手段采用逆向分析法对索网结构张拉方案进行优化,并对成形全过程进行数值模拟,指导实际的成形过程;对最终试验结果进行分析,表明采用整体索网结构作为反射面的支承结构是切实可行的,其成形精度可以达到望远镜的功能要求,同时也证明本文所采取的初始形态分析方法、成形全过程模拟方法及成形方案是正确的,所采取的保证结构精度的系列措施是有效的。The paper presents an optimum design and performance study on confirmation of the initial stress state, simulation of the working state, and analysis under different loads of FAST (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope) 30 m-model cable-net structure. In order to satisfy the specially required precision, several measures are used on machining, fabrication and construction of the cable net structure of the FAST 30-model, an optimum scheme of tensioning the cable net is presented by means of negative direction analysis, and simulation of the entire process is conducted numerically to guide the construction process. An analysis on the test results is performed to show that it is feasible to adopt the integral cable net structure as the supporting structure of the reflector, that the installation accuracy meets the requirement, and that the test results also testify that the analysis method for the initial stress state, the simulation of construction process and construction scheme are correct, and the measurement to ensure the structure accuracy is valid.
