摘　　要：应用服务提供商(ASP,Application Service Provider)网络时代诞生的一种新型商业模式,受到了学术界和产业界的广泛关注。在学术研究上,ASP涵盖了经济学、管理学、社会组织科学的知识,以及工程技术方面的软件、硬件、网络技术等;在应用实践方面,ASP引领IT服务企业塑造全新的运营模式,使用户提高竞争力,赢得未来的成功。本文通过对ASP的综述分析,从基础理论、相关问题、产业发展和研究动态等方面,对ASP进行总结研究,对未来的研究进行展望,并对后续的工作提出创新建议。Deemed to the new mode of e-business in new economic age, Application Service Provider （ASP） has aroused abroad attentions in theory and business circles. Theoretically, the study,of ASP involves many key theories of management, economics and organization, and technologies of computer software, hardware and network. Practically, ASP is leading the trend of IT service business model, making enterprise user to be more competitive and to win in the marketplace. By analyzing ASP literatures ,this paper summarizes the research and application of ASP from the basic theory , related issues and industry strategy , and puts forward some suggestions proposes about future research.
