摘  要:胶带输送机运输煤炭时,煤质化验取样大多采用机械式自动采样器。采样器收集口的定位尺寸设计是影响采样精度的重要因素。本文结合秦煤二期 BJ1胶带输送机为例,通过对胶带机输出端煤流抛物曲线的分析,为采样器定位尺寸设计提供了依据。When the belt conveyor is applied in coal hauling, samples are taken for examination of the coal quality by mechanical automatic samplers mostly. The design of location dimensions at the collecting gate of the sampler is the key factor which influences on the sampling precision. Taking the BJ1 type belt conveyor for the second phase of the project of the QHD coal wharf as an example, it is analyzed that the parabolic curves about coal flow at the output end of the belt conveyor which provides a foundation for designing location dimensions of samplers.
