摘  要:在分析比较复频筛、双幅异频筛和三轴椭圆筛的基础上,研制了一种新型双频振动筛,具有高频-低幅和低频-高幅两种振动参数,有助于提高筛机处理能力和筛分效率;采用了侧板梁激振的独特结构,配以更换方便的波浪形筛板,尤其适用于末精煤的脱水。On the basis of analyzing and comparing the multi-frequency vibrating screen, the dually vibrating screen and the three-axle elliptically vibrating screen, it is developed that a new type dualfrequency vibroscreen which performs vibration with two group vibrating parameters of high-frequencylow-amplitude and low-frequency-high-amplitude, so as to be helpful to improve the processing capacity and screening efficiency. The new type screen is applied with a unique arrangement of excitors at side-beams and easy-to-replaced wave screen decks, which is especially suitable for dewatering of slack coal and cleaned coal.
