摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯(PFEA)为含氟丙烯酸酯单体,双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)为功能性单体,采用预乳化、半连续法聚合方式合成了含有酮羰基的核壳型含氟丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,添加己二酸二酰肼(ADH)构成自交联体系。考察了DAAM和PFEA用量对乳胶粒粒径及分布、乳胶膜性能的影响。采用全反射红外光谱(ATR)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对乳液及乳胶膜性能进行了表征。结果表明:当w(DAAM)=4.5%,w(PFEA)=6%时,得到的乳液粒径分布窄,稳定性好,乳液成膜后吸水率为6.7%,对水的接触角达到104.5°。The fluorine-containing acrylate latex with a core-shell structure was synthesized using 2- (perfluorooctyl)ethyl methacrylate (PFEA) as fluorinated acrylate monomer and diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) as functional monomer by pre-emulsification and semicontinuous polymerization method. The ambient self-crosslinkable latex was obtained with the addition of adipic dihydrazide(ADH). The influences of DAAM and PFEA content on latex particle size and properties of latex film were studied. The latex and latex film were characterized by ATR, TEM and SEM. The results showed that the latex had good stability and narrow particle size distribution when ω(DAAM)=4.5 % and ω(PFEA)= 6%. The latex film exhibited excellent water resistance with 104.5° of water contact angle and 6.7% of water absorbance.
