摘 要:采用氧化还原引发剂,反相乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)的共聚物。较佳工艺条件为:采用Span-80/Tween-80作为乳化剂,用量7.3%,引发剂为K2S2O8/CH3NaO3S·2H2O,用量0.020%,ω(总单体)=45%,n(AM):n(DMC)=9:1,油水质量比1:2,反应时间4h。在上述条件下,产物Mη可达3.392×10^6,单体转化率达97.2%。采用FT—IR对产物的结构进行了表征,并利用粒度分布仪对反相乳液粒子的粒度分布和乳液稳定性进行了分析。Inverse emulsion copolymerization of acrylamide(AM) and methacryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) was studied using redox initiator. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: amount of surfactant (Span-80/Tween-80) 7. 3%, amount of initiator (K2S2O8/ CH3NaO3S· 2H2O) 0.020%, concentration of monomer 45%, n(AM) : n(DMC) =9 : 1, m(oil) : m(water) = 1 : 2 and reaction time 4 h. Under these conditions, the molecular weight of the product and the conversion of the monomers were 3. 392)〈 106 and 97.2%, respectively. The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR. The particle size distribution and stability of the inverse emulsion product were analyzed.
