摘 要:为了探索闪爆处理对大麻纤维结构和性能的影响,用FTIR、SEM、XRD及TG分析对闪爆后大麻纤维的表面形态、超分子结构及性能进行表征。研究发现:闪爆后纤维表面变得非常洁净,闪爆对纤维的溶胀作用导致纤维胞腔收缩,内部孔穴尺寸变小,其横截面由无规形趋于椭圆形;闪爆后大麻纤维仍属纤维素Ⅰ结构,结晶度和微晶尺寸都有所降低;闪爆后大麻纤维的上染率明显提高,由闪爆前的66.62%提高到87.88%;闪爆对大麻纤维的综合作用也使其热稳定性得到了显著增强,最大速率分解温度从372.8℃提高到395.3℃,增幅非常明显。Technology of steam explosion treatment on hemp fibers was studied, and in order to research, the effect of steam explosion treatment on the structure and properties of hemp fibers, the morphology, structure and properties of fibers after treatment were analyzed by using FTIR,SEM ,XRD and TG. The results showed that the morphology of fibers became very clean, the cavities inside fibers shrunk, the size of pores also diminished, and the cross section gradually turned into the shape of ellipse because of swelling effect of fibers. Treated fibers also showed the characteristics of cellulose I, and the crystallinity degree and crystallite size of fibers had some decline. The dye uptake rate of hemp fibers increased from 66.62% (untreated) to 87.88% (treated). The thermal stability of fibers got improved notably, the temperature at which the fibers reached maximum degradation rate rose from 372.8 ℃ to 395.3 ℃.
