摘 要:提出一种客观评价绉织物起绉程度的方法,该方法将基于平行光轴投影光栅系统的傅里叶变换轮廓测量方法应用于绉织物三维表面重建,结合数字加权滤波检测绉织物表面三维轮廓数据,并从获得的绉织物三维轮廓数据中提取粗糙度、分形维数、表面面积、平均偏移量4个特征值。实验表明,这些特征值均可从不同侧面表征绉织物的起绉程度,特征值与绉织物表面的起绉程度呈线性关系。Fourier Transform Profilometry (FTP) based on parallel optical axis geometry was proposed. In this method, crepe fabric surface section contour image based on digital weighted filter was employed. Four feature parameters were proposed, such as coarse degree, fractal dimensions, surface areas, and average offset. These can be extracted from the 3-D contour data of surface shape. The experimental results show that these feature values can reflect the crepe degree of a crepe from different sides; it has closely linear correlation between feature values and crepe fabric crepe degree, which can be used to assess fabric crepe degree objectively.
