摘　　要：针对目前顾客的需求与消费趋势,提出一种质量功能展开(QFD)与价值中心决策原理(VFT)相结合的功能背包设计策略方法。该方法通过价值中心决策引导顾客进行创造性思考,借助顾客访谈及问卷调查等手段获取顾客需求项目与设计特征型式,并展开顾客需求层次分析;然后在顾客需求评价与设计特征相关分析基础上,建构顾客需求与设计特征质量屋;从而根据质量屋映射关系分析提取优势设计特征,形成设计方案优化策略,为顾客满意度提升提供有效决策支持。In consideration of the customer requirements （CRs） and consumption trends, a new design strategy of the function knapsack is proposed, which is based on combining quality function deployment （QFD） and value-focused thinking （VFT）. According to this method, customers are guided to think creatively by value-focused thinking （VFT） and the CRs items and design features are acquired through visiting customers and questionnaire. Analytic hierarchy process （AHP） is conducted for customers＇ demand. And then house of quality （HOQ） representing the mapping relationship between the CRs and the design features is constructed based on their correlation analysis. Furthermore, the optimal scheme strategy is brought about and the effective strategy decision support is developed for enhancing the customer satisfaction.
