摘  要:针对铣削加工中铣刀片热破损问题,进行铣削温度试验,基于铣削试验,运用有限元法对引起铣刀片热破损的温度场和热应力场进行数值模拟。有限元分析结果表明,三维槽型铣刀片的温度场和热应力场优于平前刀面铣刀片,与试验结果吻合较好。据此可预测,在铣刀片的前刀面上压制出合理的三维槽型能够改善温度场和热应力场,使铣刀片抗破损能力增强。Milling temperature experiment was made in allusion to heat brittle problem of milling insert during the milling. Numerical simulation of temperature field and the heat stress field which accured heat brittle of milling insert was carried out. Finite element analysis results demonstrated that temperature field and the heat stress field of milling insert with three dimension groove excelled flat plane milling insert, which tallied very well with test result. It is forecasted that temperature field and the heat stress field can be improved if reasonable groove is made on the front face of millng insert and anti-brittle ability can be enhanced.
