摘  要:目的:探讨蜂胶对力竭游泳运动小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:38只小鼠随机分为两组蜂胶组和对照组,都进行力竭游泳训练,蜂胶组采用0.1 mL/lOg.bw剂量的蜂胶给小鼠经口灌胃30 d,分别测定免疫器官脏器/体重比值,进行外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞、外周血T细胞亚群(CD8+%、CD4+%、CD4+/CD8+)的测定。结果与对照组比较,蜂胶能明显提高小鼠的CD4+%、CD4+/CD8+、胸腺体重比值。结论:蜂胶具有增强力竭游泳小鼠免疫力的作用。Objective: To study the effect of propolis on the immune function to the exhausted mice of swimming. Methods: 38 Mice are randomly divided into 2 groups, propolis-taking group and control group with exhausted swimming. Mice are orally administered propolis at doses of 0. 1ml/10g·bw for 30 days. Spleen/body and thymus/body weight ratio,peripheral lymphoeytes, peripheral WBC, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets ( CD8^+ % , CD4^+ % , CD4^+/CD8^+ ) are determined. Results:As compared with the control group, Propolis produces significant effect on the thymus/body weight ratio and CD4^+ % ,CD^4+/CD8^+ . Conclusion: In this test condition, propolis could enhance the immune function in the exhausted mice of swimming.
