高校教师健康状况及参加体育活动现状调查研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对北京市8所高等院校教师参加体育活动的情况进行了现状调查研究。结果表明:北京高校教师健康状况不容乐观;其中每周参与3次以上体育活动的人数占被调查总数的21.63%。教师体育活动的组织和开展都遇到了很大的困难。通过调查研究指出影响高校教师参与体育活动的主要因素,并为改善和提高教师的体育活动状况提出相应的建议和对策。By the methods of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper researches on the situation of participating in sport activity of teachers in 8 colleges and universities in Beijing . The results show that the health condition of colleges and universities teachers in Beijing is pessimistic ; The number of teachers who participate 3 or above sport activities every week accounts for 21.63 percent of total. There are many difficulties in organizing sport activity of teachers. Through the investigation and study, the paper points out the main factors affecting sport activity of teachers, as well as some suggestions to improve the situation of participating sport activity of college teachers.
