摘　　要：在引述国际国内限制VOC法规的基础上,介绍了在工业涂装行业降低VOC和节能减排的技术措施,及实现清洁生产的相关建议。Quoting the international regulation of VOC limitation, the paper introduces the technical measures decreasing VOC in industrial painting field and saving energy and reducing pollutant emission; and gives related suggestion about clean production.
