摘 要:目的:观察不同治疗方法对促进一体成形式皮质骨生物椎间融合器在骨质疏松患者中的椎间融合效果,并分析其特点。方法:不同治疗条件下,对20例女性骨质疏松的腰椎病患者行后路减压融合术后分为对照组、钙尔奇D组、阿仑膦酸钠组、联合组(钙尔奇D+阿仑膦酸钠)4组。治疗观察局部骨矿密度的影响,术后随访12~17个月,平均13.2个月。结果:末次随访时均获得骨性融合,融合率为100%。与其他组相比,阿仑膦酸钠可明显增加骨质疏松患者椎间融合术后的椎体及椎间隙局部骨矿密度,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:一体成形式皮质骨生物椎间融合器有效维持椎间隙的高度并稳定融合节段实现骨性融合,便于判断融合。阿仑膦酸钠可使绝经后骨质疏松患者骨矿密度增加,对应用的骨质疏松患者有明显促进作用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of different ways on osteoporosis patients after lumbar operation conducted with forming one cortical biological fusion cage. Methods 20 female patients with osteoporosis were divided into 4 groups (control group, cahrated-D group, alendronate sodium group, and combined treatment group). The bone mineral density of lumbar and intervertebral space was measured and all the patients were followed up for an average of 13.2 months (12 ~ 17 months). Results All patients achieved bony fusion within the follow-up period, with fusion rate being 100%. Patients in alendronate sodium group showed more significant increase in bone mineral density of lumbar and intervertebral space (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Forming one cortical biological fusion cage can effectively maintain the height of the disk space, promote bony fusion, and be easier to assess the fusion of spine. Alendronate sodium can increase the bone mineral density of patients with osteoporosis induced by menopause.
