血液透析和尿毒症对血清肿瘤标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解血液透析和尿毒症对肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法:采用病例对照的方法,选择67例维持性血液透析患者作为血透组,67例未行血液透析的尿毒症患者(慢性肾脏病5期)作为非透析组,并选择419例健康人作为对照组。测定血清肿瘤标志物进行比较,并将血透组按血透维持时间分为两个亚组比较。结果:血透组与非透析组比较肿瘤标志物水平无统计学差异,两组肿瘤标志物血清CA153、CA125、CA242、Ferritin、β-HCG、HGH、NSE与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义;而这两组肿瘤标志物血清AFP、CA19-9、PSA、fPSA、CEA与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。血透组的两个亚组肿瘤标志物水平差异无统计学意义。结论:尿毒症患者部分肿瘤标志物有不同程度的升高,血透不能清除肿瘤标志物。Objective To observe the effects of hemodialysis and uremia on serum levels of tumor markers. Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with uremia were devided into hemodialysis group （n=67） and nonhemodialysis group （n =67）, hemodialysis group was redevided into two subgroups according to the duration of hemodialysis, and 419 cases of healthy volunteers as control group. The levels of serum tumor markers were determined. Results There were no statistical significances in levels of serum tumor markers between hemodialysis group and nonhemodialysis group, and between the two subgroups in hemodialysis group. There were significant differences of the levels of serum CA153, CA125, CA242, Ferritin,β-HCG, HGH, NSE between uremic patients and healthy volunteers （P 〈 0.05）, but were not of the levels of serum AFP, CA19-9,PSA、fPSA、CEA （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The levels of some serum tumor markers are higher in uremic patients than that in healthy volunteers and can not be eliminated by hemodialysis.
