摘 要:提出了浊点萃取石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铝的新方法。探讨了溶液pH、试剂浓度等实验条件对浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的影响。在最佳条件下,富集40 mL样品溶液,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,铝的检出限为0.045μg/L,铝的富集倍率为78.5倍。方法适用于自来水、河水及海水中痕量铝的测定。A new method for the determination of trace amount of aluminium in water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with cloud point extraction was proposed. The effect of experimental conditions such as pH and concentration of reagents on cloud point extraction and determination sensitivity was discussed and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, pre-concentration of only 40 mL of sample in the presence of 0. 125 % Triton X-114 permitted the detection of 0.045 μg/L (3σ) for aluminium with the enhancement factor of 78.5. The method has been applied to the determination of aluminium in water samples with satisfactory recoveries.
