胡萝卜新品种金红5号的选育

摘　　要：金红5号是采用瓣化型雄性不育三系配套技术选育出的胡萝卜一代杂种。生育期120d（天）左右；肉质根圆柱形，表皮、肉、髓部均为橙红色，根长17～18cm，横径5．0cm左右；β-胡萝卜素含量96．0mg·kg^-1，含水量91％；单根质量250g左右，每667m^2产量5000kg左右，是较为理想的加工品种，尤其适宜鲜榨汁；适宜我国北方地区夏播。‘Jinhong No. 5＇ is a new carrot F1 hybrid bred and selected by technology of male sterile three lines concerting. Its root is of long cylinder shape. The color of epidermis, phloem, cambium and pith is orange red. The root is 17 - 18 cm in length and 5.0 cm in diameter. The content of β-carotene is 96.0 mg·kg^-1. The average root weight is about 250 g, and the yield is 75 t·hm^ -2 It is an optimal new variety for grinding juice, and suitable for cultivatation in summer in the north of China.
