摘 要:用实验室自制季铵型阳离子聚合物复配作乳化剂乳化烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD),加入一定量的聚合氯化铝用作电荷增强,研究了乳化工艺、乳化时间、乳化温度、搅拌速度以及乳化剂用量等因素对阳离子树脂型AKD乳液性能的影响。选择了合适的乳化工艺,并确定了最优乳化时间为8 min,乳化温度为60℃,搅拌速度为20 000 r/min,乳化剂用量占AKD用量的3/5。实验结果表明,自制乳化剂对AKD施胶起到施胶增效的作用,在一定程度上提高了纸张的下机施胶度,缩短了AKD的施胶熟化时间,提高了施胶效果。In this paper, self-made cationic polymers with quaternary amine was used as emulsifiers to emulsify AKD wax,while PAC was added to increase the charge density of the AKD emulsion. Factors affecting the properties of AKD emulsion such as emulsifying process, time, temperature, stirring speed and emulsifier dosage were investigated. The adequate emulsifying process was chosen, in which the appropriate emulsifying time, temperature, stirring speed and the ratio of emulsifier to AKD wax were 8 min, 60 ℃, 20 000 r/min and 3 : 5 respectively. The results showed that the self-made emulsifier could improve the sizing effect of AKD sizing agent and curtail the curing time of AKD sized paper, The AKD sized paper had a higher sizing degree when it was just made.
