流速和流向对物流成本的影响分析

摘　　要：物流过程中的流速和流向是影响企业物流管理成本因素中的两个,合理控制这两个因素能够降低企业的物流成本。而目前在我国的物流管理实践中多数企业往往忽略了这两个因素的影响。本文分析了流速和流向对供应链物流成本的影响,从控制其正负价值角度提出相应措施以达到降低企业物流成本的目的。Direction of flow and velocity of flow are factors that effect logistics-cost. Logistics cost can be reduced by controlling them. In fact, most corporations don＇t think much of that. Here analyzed the affections on supply chain from the direction and velocity of flow, and puts the viewpoints and measures by positive negative value to achieve the purpose of reduced logistics cost.
