参麦注射液对油酸诱导大鼠急性肺损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的初步探讨参麦注射液对急性肺损伤（ALI）的治疗作用及其可能保护机制。方法实验时油酸组（OA）及参麦组（SM）采用经尾静脉注射油酸（0.1ml／kg），建立大鼠ALT模型，对照组（NS）注射0．9％氯化钠注射液，SM组在注射油酸后注射参麦注射液2ml／只，按时相观察和采集标本。观察肺组织病理学及细胞粘附因子-1（ICAM-1）的改变，检测动脉血氧变化、肺组织湿干重比率（W／D）等指标。结果与NS组比较，OA组大鼠出现明显的呼吸窘迫和低氧血症（P〈0.05），W／D值显著升高（P〈0．01），肺损伤明显加重，ICAM-1的表达显著升高，且随着时间的延伸，ICAM-1的表达逐渐升高。与相应的OA组比较，SM组低氧血症改善（P〈0．05），W／D值显著下降（P〈0．05），肺损伤减轻，ICAM-1的表达减少。结论参麦注射液能减轻肺损伤，降低肺组织ICAM-1的表达，对早期防治急性肺损伤具有一定作用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and the possible defense mechanisms of Shenmai injection on acute king injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into three groups： the control group（NS）, the oleie add group（OA） and the Shenmai injection group（SM）. The model of acute lung injury in rat（OA group and SM group） were induced by receiveing 0.1ml/kg oleie add injection into tail vein,and NS group were injected 0.9% sodium chloride 0.1ml/ kg. After in jecting loeie add SM group were injected with Shanmai injection by 2ml each one. The expression of ICAM-1 was examined meanwhile examining breath frequency, wet/dry weight ratio, artery blood oxygen each group of rats, the histopathological change of lung tissue was observed. Results The W/D ratio, polymorphonuclear（PMN） infiltration, the lung interstitial edema, the extent of pulmonary alveolus wall destroys and the ICAM-1 expression in lung tissue of OA group increasingly increased compared with NS group, and SM group significantly decreased compared with OA group. Also along with time extending,the ICAM-1 expression of OA group elevates gradually,while SM group does not change signifi-cantly. The arterial partial pressure of oxygen in group OA significantly decreased compared with NS group, while SM group increased compared with OA group. The microscope demonstrated that the extent of lung injury of OA group was more serious than that of NS group, while OA group was milder than OA group. Conclusion Shenmai injection can lighten oleie add induced acute lung injury,and cut down the expression of ICAM-1 in lung tissue. So it has a certain function to the early the acute lung injury.
