护理干预对老年心脏病患者体位性低血压的影响

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预对老年心脏病患者体位性低血压的影响。方法对68例老年心脏病体位性低血压患者进行护理干预，观察其对体位性低血压及低血压相关症状的影响。结果护理干预后体位变化时血压下降值（SBP／DBP）和低血压相关症状发病频次由护理干预前的（23．8±3．4／12．8±2．3）mmHg和（5．5±1.2）次／14d变为（15．6±2．5／6．8±1．4）mmHg和（2．3±0．8）次／14d，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论护理干预对改善体位性低血压有效。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on postural hypotension of aged with heart disease. Methods Nursing intervention were gived to the 68 aged patients with heart disease and pastural hypotension. The effect of nursing intervention on postural hypotension and hypotension associated symptoms were observed. Results The postural hypotension was improved and the incidence of hypotension associated symptoms were reduced after nursing intervention. Differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conelusion Nursing intervention was effective on the improvement of postural hypotension.
