摘　　要：对中国石化上海石油化工股份公司环境保护中心优化污水处理工艺,实现装置内剩余活性污泥减排的工艺实践进行了介绍。通过对污水装置进行部分改造,在装置内实施污泥好氧消化和污泥好氧—沉淀—缺氧处理(OSA)工艺,减少污泥量(按含水率85%计)约3.5 kt/a,同比减少11.2%。This paper introduced the practice of Environment Protection Center of Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. in reducing the amount of excess activated sludge through optimization of wastewater treatment process. In SPC NO1 wastewater treatment plant, aerobic digestion progress and OSA progress were carried out through the technological modification. Consequently, the amount of excess activated sludge （water content 85% ） was reduced by 3.5kt/a, 11.2% less than the previous year.
