摘  要:目的:建立水中亚氯酸盐及氯酸盐的离子色谱检测方法。方法:水样经处理后进行色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果:本方法线性良好,r=0.9997,样品加标平均回收率为89.5%-105.5%,精密度高(RSD〈5%),最低检出量为0.050mg/L。结论:该方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高、干扰少,取得满意结果。Objective:To establish a method for determination of chlorate and chlorite in water by ion chromatography. Meth- ods:The water sample was separated by chromatographic column, determined by conductivity detector. Results: This method had good linearity ( r = 0. 9997 ) , the sample average recoveries rates were 89. 5 % - 105.5 % , the RSD was less than 5 % and detection limit was 0. 050 mg/L. Conclusion :This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive and has low interference.
