1979例石家庄市机关干部B超普查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨B型超声仪对脂肪肝、肝囊肿等疾病的临床诊断价值。方法:对1979例市直机关健康体检者的B超检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果:1979例体检者的脂肪肝检出率为33.00%;肝囊肿检出率为3.89%;胆囊息肉的检出率为2.22%;肾囊肿的检出率为2.02%。结论:B超检查可及时发现脂肪肝、肝囊肿等无明显症状的疾病并为及时治疗提供依据。Objective：To assess the value of B ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fatty liver and cyst of liver etc. Methods： The data was reviewed in 1979 healthy people of department of Shijiazhuang city. Results：Morbidity of fatty liver was 33.33% in 1979 people. The people with cyst of liver accouted for 3.89%. The people with polypus of gallbladder for 2. 22%. The people with cyst of kidney for 2.02%. Conclusion：The uhrasonography can find diseases that have not obvious symptom such as fatty liver, cyst of liver etc. and provide evidence to treat them in time.
