摘　　要：目的:分析2006年齐齐哈尔市麻疹流行情况。方法:采用Excel2003软件进行整理分析。结果:发病有明显的季节性,地区分布明显,男性多于女性。结论:麻疹病毒(MV)常规免疫不能改变麻疹的流行特性,流动人口的增加也使易感人群大量积累,加强免疫规划管理成为必要。Objective：To analyze epidemiology feature of measles in Qiqihaer District in 2006. Methods：The data that gathered was analyzed with Excel 2003. Results： Epidemiology feature of measles was of obvious seasonality, and it occurred in the given locality. Women seemed to suffer measles less frequently than men. Conclusion： Epidemiology of measles couldn＇t be changed by normal vaccination. People coming from other area rised the number of susceptible persons in the district. So it＇s important to strengthen vaccination.
