摘　　要：目的:对WS-8810抗菌卫生整理剂进行毒理学安全性分析。方法:通过小鼠急性经口毒性试验测定WS-8810抗菌卫生整理剂LD50;采用家兔眼刺激试验评价该卫生产品是否具有急性眼刺激性损伤效应;利用小鼠微核试验和大鼠致畸试验分别检验该产品的致基因突变性和致畸性;155例人群穿着试验进行穿着效果评价。结果:小鼠急性经口毒性试验测定显示WS-8810抗菌卫生整理剂经口LD50为3.16 g/kg;家兔眼刺激试验、小鼠微核试验和大鼠致畸试验结果均为阴性;人群穿着试验显示该产品具有很好的皮肤刺激安全性。结论:WS-8810抗菌卫生整理剂是一种具有较高使用安全性的卫生产品。Objective： To analyze the safety of WS- 8810 antibacterial sanitation finishing agent. Methods： LD50 of WS- 8810 was drawn from mice acute oral toxicity test （ Horn Method）. Acute eye irritation test was used to assess the irritability of WS -8810 and mutagenicity and teratogenicity were detected through in vivo mice micronucleus assay and teratogenicity test. Clinical test was performed to observe group toxicological reactivity towards WS -8810. Results：Oral LD50 of WS -8810 was 3.16 g/kg. No eye irritability was found in acute eye irritation test. Results of mice micronucleus assay and teratogenicity test showed nega- tive, and no irritability was found in 155 tested persons. Conclusion：WS -8810 antibacterial sanitation finishing agent is a sanitary product with high safety.
