摘 要:研究了聚丙烯(PP)纤维可染改性添加剂聚苯乙烯/膨润土(PS/Garamite)杂化复合粒子的原位悬浮聚合及PP/PS/Garamite共混纤维的熔纺成形。对聚合产物中膨润土的层间距、PP/PS/Garamite共混体系中PP的结晶形态、共混纤维的热性能及染色性能进行了表征。结果表明:聚合过程中膨润土的层间距几乎没有变化,添加剂的加入使共混纤维的熔点降低,结晶温度从115℃升高到117℃,结晶度从44.2%降低至40.2%,无定形区域增加。采用分散染料染色,共混改性纤维具有较好的染色深度。The in-situ suspension polymerization of polystyrene (PS)/Garamite particles as a dyeability modifier for polypropylene (PP) fibers was studied,as was the melt spinning of PP/PS/Garamite blend fiber. The interlayer distance of Garamite in the obtained polymer and the crystalline morphology of PP in PP/PS/Garamite blend system and the thermal property and dyeing behavior of the blend fiber were characterized. The results showed that the interlayer distance of Garamite had little change during the polymerization, and the addition of the additives reduced the melting point of the blend fiber and raised the crystallization temperature from 115℃ to 117℃. The blend fiber had a crystallinity down to 40.2% from 44.2% with a growing amorphous area and exhibited fairly good dyeing intensity using disperse dyestuff.
