摘 要:采用聚已内酰胺(PA6)和聚乙二醇(PEG)嵌段共聚反应制备聚醚酯酰胺(PEEA),与PA6混合纺丝获得共混纤维。结果表明:红外光谱分析和X射线分析证明PEEA为嵌段聚合物,差示扫描量热表明PEEA具有两相结构;共混纤维的抗静电性随PEEA含量的增加而提高,共混纤维强度小于PA6纤维;当PEEA质量分数为6%时,共混纤维断裂强度最大达4.4 cN/dtex,断裂伸长小于46.01%。Polyether ester amide (PEEA) was prepared from polycaprolactam (PA6) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) via block polymerization and was blended with PA6 and spun into blend fiber. The results showed that the infrared spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis proved that PEEA belonged to block polymer. And the differential scanning calorimethry(DSC) analysis showed that PEEA exhibited two-phase structure. The antistatic behavior of blend fiber was increased with the increase of PEEA content. The blend fiber had a strength lower than PA6 fiber. The breaking strength of the blend fiber was maximized as 4.4 cN/ dtex and the elongation at break was below 46.01% as the content of PEEA was 6% by mass fraction.
