摘 要:介绍了近30 a来国内外在抽油杆方面的研究成果及其应用情况和超高强度抽油杆的发展前景。对2种类型——工艺型[HY]和材料型[HL]超高强度抽油杆的制造工艺和性能进行了详细比较,阐述了国内工艺型超高强度抽油杆在生产和性能上的优势。着重对国内外工艺型超高强度抽油杆的井况试验、研制和使用情况进行了分析,指出在当前形势下普通抽油杆已不能满足国内油田开采的需要,应推广应用工艺型超高强度抽油杆。The domestic and foreign production of the super-strength sucker rod in last 30 years are simply reviewed, the domestic, foreign application and development of the sucker rod, and the development future of the super-strength sucker rod are mainly introduced. The technological type super-strength sucker rod is compared with the material type super-strength sucker rod in manufacture technological and property in detail, the domestic technological super-strength sucker rod advantage in manufacture and property are expatiated on. Here, the well site experimentation of the domestic and foreign technological super-strength sucker rod, the manufacture and use of the super-strength suck rod are emphasized and analyzed, it is pointed out that ordinary sucker rod has not satisfied the requirements of the domestic oilfield exploitation; it is nice to widely use the super-strength sucker rod.
