摘 要:川东北地区上部陆相地层岩石可钻性差,地层倾角大,井身质量控制难度大。长期以来,机械钻速慢、易井斜的钻井难题严重制约了快速优质钻井。通过应用垂直钻井技术,在改变了以钻压为主要控制参数的基础上提高了机械钻速,有效地控制了井斜,缩短了钻井周期。与常规钻井相比,机械钻速由1.50 m/h提高到2.36 m/h,提高57%;井斜角由2.78°降低至0.61°,降幅达356%。该技术在川东北高陡构造的成功应用为易斜地层防斜快钻、缩短钻井周期、保证井身质量积累了经验。The upper terrestrial formation of the drill ability is poor, has high formation dip and wellbore quality is difficult to control in the northeast Sichuan. For a long time, slow penetration rate and easy deflection of drilling problems seriously limit the rapid drilling. Because of the ap-plication of vertical drilling, penetration rate was improved, deflection was effectively controlled, and drilling cycle was shortened after WOB problem solved. Compared with conventional drilling, the penetration rate increased to 2.36 m / h from 1.50 m / h, the speed runs up to 57% the inclination angle decreases to 0.61 °from 2.78 °, down to 356%. For deflection controlling and fast drilling on the decline formation, shortened the drilling cycle and ensured wellbore quality, the successful application of the technology gained experience and provided a reference on the steep inclined structure in the Northeast Sichuan in the future.
