摘　　要：分子树是生物进化论、分子进化论研究的重要内容之一.本文根据分子生物学研究成就,就分子树由研究材料的局限性、研究方法的特殊性、研究结果的简单性引起的模糊问题进行了研究.The tree of malecule is one of imporant content in the study of evolution and molecular evolution. Besed on the achievment in molecular biology, this paper discusses expounded indistinct question about the tree of molecule, think to limit from study material and speciality from study methood and made study result of not complete.
