摘　　要：针对当前公安警务绩效评估机制的不足,提出了一个比较科学合理的警务绩效评估体制。阐述了面向对象分析和设计思想在网上警务绩效考核信息系统中的应用,并基于UML对系统进行了需求分析和设计。In view of the weakness of performance assessment on public security of china, a scientific and reasonable performance assessment system on public security of china was brought forward. The object-oriented analysis and design idea are introduced in the online information system for performance assessment on public security of china. The system requirement and UML model of the system design are provided.
