摘　　要：介绍了明胶工业中和工序监控系统,该系统运用WinCC组态软件的强大功能开发,实现对中和工序生产状况的实时检测、故障报警、数据报表趋势分析与打印、历史数据记录及查询等功能,提高了明胶工业自动化水平,有效保证了明胶的质量。The monitoring-control system of the neutralization working procedure is described. The system is designed for use with gelatin industry, which can make use of the powerful function of the WinCC＇cornfiguration software to realize the real-time monitoring functions, fault alarm, data tendency analysis, printing , recording and inquiring the history data,which can improve the automation level in the gelatin industry and insure the quality of the gelatin.
