论提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性

摘　　要：当前高校思想政治教育仍存在重理论教育轻实践活动、思想政治教育中人性化思考的成分比较少的缺点,仍存在学生对思想政治教育接受度较低,思想政治教育实效性较差的问题。提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性必须关注学生的需要,促进学生人格完善;必须使思想政治教育同学生管理相结合,构建和谐的思想政治教育工作体系。In current ideological and political education in colleges and universities more attention is paid to theorettcat education while ignoring practical activities and humanistic considerations. The students are not willing to accept the education, which achieve poor results in their work. To improve the effect of ideological and political education, the students＇ need has to be considered to promote the comprehensive development of their personality; the education has to work together with student management so as to construct a harmonious education system.
