中药治疗前后单纯疱疹性角膜炎外周血T细胞亚群检测

摘　　要：目的观察中药治疗前后单纯疱疹性角膜炎外周血Ｔ细胞亚群变化。方法：将１１２例单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者随机分为中药观察组６０例和西药对照组５２例。对其中６８例进行了外周血Ｔ细胞亚群检测。结果：①观察组治愈５２例（５２／６０）；对照组治愈３７例（３７／５２）；两组差异有显著性（χ２＝４１０５，Ｐ＝００４３）。②治疗后外周血Ｔ细胞亚群ＯＫＴ４增加，ＯＫＴ８下降，ＯＫＴ４／Ｔ８比值上升。结论：中药可以改变单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者的免疫失调状态，对增强免疫力有积极作用。OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of T-lymphocyte subtribe in peripheral blood of the patients with herpes simplex keratitis before and after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine METHODS: 112 cases of herpes simplex keratitis were divided random into the observed group (60 cases) that were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and control group(52 cases) treated with eye-drop sacycloguanosine, and T-lymphocyte subtribe was determined before and after treatment RESULTS: ①Fifty-five patients were cured in the observed group(52/60); Thirty-seven patients cured in control group(37/52) The difference between two groups was statistically significant(χ 2=4 105, P =0 043) ②After the treatment T-lymphocyte subtribe OKT 4 was increased in peripheral blood, and OKT 8 was lower, and OKT 4/T 8 was also increased CONCLUSIONS: The treatment of herpes simplex keratitis with traditional Chinese medicine could change the maladjustment of the patients and could improve activity in the immune function
