摘 要:[目的]建立测定微乳剂中银杏酸同系物含量的紫外分光光度法。[方法]通过准确度、精密度、稳定性和加样回收率试验检验紫外分光光度法测定微乳剂中银杏酸同系物含量的可靠性,并以微乳剂基质为参比测定计算出银杏酸同系物的含量。[结果]银杏酸标准品的线性方程为A=9.513C+0.017(R=0.9987):准确度、精密度、稳定性试验结果表明,制剂中有效成分银杏酸含量的RSD分别为0.877%、0.842%和1.210%(12h内)。制剂的平均回收率为96.57%。银杏微乳剂中银杏酸的平均含量为0.949%。银杏微乳荆在310nm处有最大吸收峰,井能排除其他物质的干扰。该法在0.0075~0.1090mg/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9987。[结论]该方法简单、实用、准确。[Objective] The purpose was to establish the method of determining the content of ginkgolic acid homelogue in microemulsion by UV-spectrophotometry. [Method] The reliability of determining the content of ginkgolic acid homelogue in microemulsion by UV-spectrophotometry was tested through accuracy, precision, stability and recovery experiments. And with microemulsion medium as reference, the content of ginkgolic acid homelogue was determined and calculated. [ Result ] The linear equation of standard ginkgolic acid was A = 9.513 C + 0.017 ( R = 0.998 7). The results from experiments on accuracy, precision and stability showed that RSDs of ginkgolic acid (effective component) content in the preparation were 0. 877%, 0.842% and 1.210% (in 12 h) resp. Tne average recovery of the preparation was 96.57%. The average content of ginkgolic acid in ginkgo microemulsion was 0.949%. Ginkgo microemulsion had the peak of maximum absorbence at 310 mn and could exclude the disturbances of the other substances. The method had good linear relationship in the eoncn, range of 0.007 5 - 0.109 0 mg/ml with correlation coefficient being 0.998 7. [ Conclusion] This method was simple, practical, accurate and suitable for analysis and detection of mass samples.
