摘 要:[目的]为盐碱地改良和耐盐植物新品种培育提供依据。[方法]用0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%、2.0%、2.4%的NaCl溶液处理野生大豆、劳博苜蓿、欧洲油葵的种子,测定种子萌发和生长的相应指标及耐盐指数。[结果]随着盐浓度的升高,3种植物种子的发芽率和相对发芽率降低,胚根越来越短,胚根相对长度减小,发芽势降低。盐浓度小于0.8%时,野生大豆的发芽率最高。盐浓度小于1.2%时,劳博苜蓿的胚根相对长度最大。盐浓度小于1.6%时,野生大豆的发芽势最高。野生大豆、劳博苜蓿和欧洲油葵的耐盐指数分别为1.2、1.112、0.616。[结论]野生大豆和劳博苜蓿的耐盐性明显高于欧洲油葵。[Objective] The purpose was to supply 'basis for improving salinized land and breeding new plant variety with salt tolerance. [Method] The seeds of wild soybean, lmobo clover and European oily sunflower were treated with 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6%, 2.0% and 2.4% NaCl solution. The corresponding indices of seed germination and growth and salt-tolerant index were determined. [Result] As the salt conch, increased, the germination rate and relative germination rate of the 3 plant seeds decreased, the radicle was shorter and shorter, the relative length of radicle and the germination potential reduced. When the salt concn, was smaller than 0.8%, the gemination rate of wild soybean was highest. When the salt conch, was smaller than 1.2%, the relative length of Laobo clover radicle was biggest. When the salt concn, was smaller than 1.6%, the germination potential of wild soybean was high- est. The sah-tolerant indices of wild soybean, Laobo clover and European oily sunflower were 1.2, 1.112 and 0.616 resp. [Conclusion] The salt tolerance of wild soybean and Laobo clover was significantly higher than that of European oily sunflower.
