摘  要:[目的]对ArgE蛋白的结构和功能进行初步预测。[方法]以在GenBank上查找到的若干微生物N-乙酰鸟氨酸脱酰基酶基因序列为分析对象,以ArgE(P23908)为研究对象,利用生物信息学在线软件ORF finder、ProtParam和Protscale等对ArgE编码的蛋白N-乙酰鸟氨酸脱酰基酶的二级结构和特殊结构、序列同源性、结构域及功能位点进行了初步预测。[结果]ArgE蛋白是一种酸性可溶性蛋白,理论等电点为5.54,分子量为42 347.3,无信号肽,为非分泌蛋白,有多个磷酸化位点。蛋白中存在α螺旋、β-折叠和无规则卷曲结构,有2个可形成跨膜结构的片段,不存在卷曲螺旋,也无线粒体定位信号。ArgE蛋白与CBPG、DAPE、ACY1、YSCS几种蛋白具有较高的相似性。[结论]该研究可为ArgE蛋白的结构和功能的实验研究提供理论依据。[Objective]The aim of the research was to predict the structure and function of ArgE protein preliminarily. [Method] With ArgE(P23908) as research object, the gene sequence of N- acetyl-omithine deacetylase in some microorganism found on Genbank website were taken as analysis object, the secondary structure , the special structure, the sequence homology, domains and functional sites of protein N acetyl-ornithine deacetylase coded by ArgE were preliminarily predicted by using the on-line softwares such as ORF finder, ProtParam and Protscale etc. [Result] ArgE protein was a kind of acid soluble protein withtout signal peptides, And its theoretieal iscelectric point and the molecular weight were of 5.54 and 42 347.3 resp, It was a non-se- creted protein and there were multiple phosphorylation sites. There were structures of α helix, β-sheet and, random coil in the protein, in which there were two fragments that could form the transmembrane structures without coiled coil or location signals of mitcchondria. ArgE protein had higher similarity with several kinds of proteins of CBPG, DAPE, ACY1 and YSCS. [Conclusion] This research provided the theoretical basis for the experimental research on the structure and function of ArgE protein.
