广西家蚕血液型脓病蚕座内传染的研究

摘　　要：[目的]找出"两广2号"传染患病的规律性。[方法]以夏秋蚕品种两广2号为试验材料,在蚕座中混入血液型脓病病蚕后,调查混入的病蚕数量、蚕座密度与该病在蚕座内传染的相关关系。[结果]相同数量的健康蚕群体中,混入的病蚕数量越多,病死率越高;相同的病蚕混入率,蚕座越密,病死率也越高。[结论]养蚕生产中,除了做好消毒工作外,要及时淘汰病死蚕,保持适宜的蚕座密度,才能实现养蚕经济效益最大化。[ Objective] The purpose of the research was to study the infection of Bombys mor/ nuclear polyhedrosis through the rearing bed in Guangxi. [Method] To investigate the correlation of the amount of diseased silk worms, the density of the rearing bed and the infection of nuclear polyhedrosis in the rearing bed through oral ingestion by the silkworm larvae, a few of diseased silkworms were mingled into the newly moulted fifth instar healthy larvae of Liagguang No, 2. [ Result] When the quantity of the healthy silkworms was identical, the more the number of the diseased silkworms was, the higher the mortality of the healthy ones was. And when the percentage of the diseased silkworms mingled into the healthy ones was identical, the denser the rearing bed was, the higher the mortality of the healthy ones was. [Conclusion] It is necessary to eliminae diseased silkworms and do a good disinfection in sericulture. And it is also important to keep a proper density of the rearing bed. Ouly by this, can we obtain a roaximal economic benefit from sericulture.
