保定所辖县市城区土地集约利用潜力评价研究

摘　　要：采用综合评价法对保定市所辖的22个市、县城区土地集约利用潜力进行评价,揭示出保定市所辖县市城区土地集约利用潜力的集约利用、适度利用、低度利用和粗放利用的4个级别。然后对保定所辖县市城区土地集约利用潜力评价结果进行了分析;最后,提出了进一步开发土地集约利用潜力的对策。The comprehensive appraisal method was adopted to evaluate the land intensive utilization potentiality of urban zones in 22 cities and counties governed by Baoding city, Four grades of intensive utilization potentiality of urban zones in cities and counties governed by Baoding city were revealed, which were intensive utilization, moderate utilization, low level utilization and rough utilization. Then the appraisal result of the land intensive utilization potentiality of urban zones in cities and counties governed by Baoding city was analyzed. Finally, countermeasures on further exploiting the land intensive utilization potentiality were proposed.
